Refund & Cancellation Policy

 1. Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days of signing, provided that:

• Work has not yet started on site, and

• No custom materials have been ordered on your behalf.

 2. Custom-Built Projects (Outside 14 Days)

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, no automatic refund is provided once:

• The 14-day cooling-off period has expired, and

• Custom production or groundwork has commenced.

However, if cancellation is requested after this point:

• We will review all incurred costs to date (labour, design, materials, etc.)

• A partial refund may be offered at our discretion, minus:

  • Design or planning time

  • Special-order materials

  • Labour costs already incurred

 

 3. Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your build slot and commence procurement or planning.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs during the cooling-off period and no costs have been incurred.

• If any bespoke work or material purchase has been initiated, the deposit is retained to cover expenses.

 

 4. Changes After Booking

If you request design or scope changes after booking:

• Additional charges may apply

• Any agreed refunds for reductions will be at our discretion and issued within 14 working days

 

 5. Delays or Service Failures (by Us)

In the rare event that we cannot deliver your project due to fault on our part:

• You will be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the stage of build

• This will exclude unavoidable delays due to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Access issues

  • Third-party dependencies outside our control

 

 6. Refund Timelines

Where a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 14 working days

• Returned via the original method of payment
