We design, build, and install bespoke garden rooms, studios, and outdoor offices. All services are subject to written quotation and acceptance.

 

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are inclusive of labour and materials, but may be subject to VAT where applicable.

  • Changes to the scope of work requested after contract signing may result in a revised quotation.

 

4. Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of [e.g. 25%] is required to secure your booking.

  • A staged payment plan will be outlined in your contract.

  • Final payment is due upon practical completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • After this period, cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

  • Refunds for custom builds are not generally applicable unless agreed due to service failure or breach of contract.

 

6. Installation & Site Access

  • You agree to provide access to the installation site as agreed.

  • Ground conditions must be suitable for installation; additional works may be chargeable.

  • Any delays caused by lack of access or unforeseen site conditions may alter timelines and costs.

 

7. Planning Permission

  • We will advise on planning needs where possible, but clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

8. Warranty & Aftercare

  • All garden rooms are covered by a 10-year structural warranty.

  • Timber finishes and hardware are covered for 12 months, excluding weathering or client misuse.

  • Optional annual maintenance plans are available at additional cost.

 

9. Use of Website

  • All content on this website is the property of Sable & Cedar Ltd.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

  • Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

 

10. Limitation of Liability
